Tomorrow is my last day of Spanish class - yay! This also means I have to take my final exam - boo. But it also means I get to move in with the family and live right on the beach - woo! However they don't have wifi - crap.
I met the large group of people that are here from Memphis; they were very friendly and I felt like I was home (or at least in the vicinity) when I was talking with them during dinner. Most of the people I have met from America are only staying for the month of June, so it'll be interesting to see if July brings any students along.
It's getting hotter, and it is rarely cloudy (and hasn't rained once since I've gotten here). Staying closer to the beach will be nicer because of the breeze coming in. There is no AC in their home as well, so that breeze better reach my window!
I had a small cup of coffee from the vending machines in class today and found myself daydreaming for a grande white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. Some of the foods and drink from back home you take for granted and are part of what I miss most.
